Doctora en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad de Huelva. Profesora contratada a tiempo completo asociada al área de conocimiento de Organización de Empresas del Departamento de Dirección de Empresas Marketing de la Universidad de Huelva. Desde el punto de vista de la investigación, su actividad se desarrolla en el marco de la Dirección Estratégica de Recursos Humanos, Gobierno Corporativo y Empresa Familiar. PhD in Economics and Business Administration by the University of Huelva. Full-time professor associated with the area of Business Organization knowledge of the Department of Business Management and Marketing at the University of Huelva. From the research viewpoint, her activity is carried out within the framework of the Strategic Management of Human Resources, Corporate Governance and Family Business.
