Biography

Phd and Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Huelva. She studied at the University of Seville and completed her doctoral thesis with a research contract (FPU) granted by the Ministry of Science and Education. The principal subject of her research line is the comunication rights and the effects of the digital comunication on democracy. The title of the thesis is: ‘Disruptive technologies and their legal regulation’ and it was awarded the Nicolás Pérez Serrano 2024 prize. She has participated in six research projects funded through competitive public calls for proposals. She is currently part of the editorial team of two prestigious indexed scientific journals: Teoría y Realidad Constitucional (Constitutional Theory and Reality) and Revista Española de la Transparencia (Spanish Journal of Transparency), as Secretary and Head of Evaluation.
