Biography
Fernando Rubio (Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor in the English Language Department at the University of Huelva and Head of Language Policy at the Vicerectorate of Internationalization. His main research interests are in the field of affective factors and foreign language learning and multilingual education. He has authored numerous scholarly texts, especially in the area of foreign language anxiety, which are liste at www.uhu.es/fernando_rubio
He is also a teacher trainer and has given over a hundred of training workshops.
