Biography

Ph. D. of Veterinary Medicine (University of Cordoba, 1992) and Professor of Animal Sciences at the University of Huelva (1995-present), as part of the Agroforestry Science Department (School of Engineering). He teaches courses from the Degree of Agricultural Engineering. Responsible for the “Animal Production Technology” research group (AGR233) of PAIDI. As a researcher, he has been part of over 30 R&D Projects and Contracts - all related to the Agri-Food sector -, published more than 140 scientific publications - including research articles, book chapters, conference papers, etc. - and co-directed 4 Doctoral Theses. It is also worth noting that he has held the position of Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Planning and Infrastructure from 1997 to 2001.
