El cooperativismo en el turismo y su contribución a los ODS: una revisión bibliométrica y bibliográfica

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal analizar sobre qué ODS se centran los artículos que analizan el turismo a través del cooperativismo, se realiza un análisis bibliométrico de la producción científica que está publicada en la WoS y en SCOPUS sobre cooperativismo y turismo, obteniendo resultados de cómo ha evolucionado el número de publicaciones, sus principales autores, los más citados, las principales instituciones y países, así como las palabras y líneas de investigación que suelen tratar. Posteriormente, se complementa con una profunda revisión bibliográfica de los artículos que también contienen la palabra ODS para destacar los objetivos que suelen ser desarrollados por los mismos y, de esta forma, poner de manifiesto en qué medida, el turismo, a través del movimiento cooperativa, está contribuyendo a alcanzar los ODS. Se concluye que esta línea de investigación está en sus comienzos y que parte de los artículos consultados relacionan el cooperativismo con la economía colaborativa, basada en la aplicación de las plataformas tecnológicas al turismo, sin hacer referencia a la economía social.

The main objective of this study is to analyze which SDGs are the focus of the articles that analyze tourism through cooperativism. A bibliometric analysis of the scientific production published in WoS and SCOPUS on cooperativism and tourism is carried out, obtaining results on how the number of publications has evolved, their main authors, the most cited, the main institutions and countries, as well as the words and lines of research that they usually deal with. Subsequently, it is complemented with an in-depth bibliographic review of the articles that also contain the word SDG to highlight the objectives that are usually developed by them and, in this way, to show to what extent tourism, through the cooperative movement, is contributing to achieving the SDGs. It is concluded that this line of research is in its infancy and that part of the articles consulted relate cooperativism to the collaborative economy, based on the application of technological platforms to tourism, without making reference to the social economy.
