Tendencias del Derecho laboral durante el bienio 2002-2003

Abstract

Por lo que hace al Derecho del Trabajo, desde 2002 hasta entrado el 2003 destacan las reformas legales relativas al empleo o la inmigración. En lo relativo al Derecho de la Seguridad Social los cambios más significativos se han dato en materia de prestaciones de desempleo y jubilación.

With regard to Labour Law, from 2002 to 2003, the legal reforms related to employment or immigration have been highlighted. With regard to Social Security Law, the most significant changes have been in the area of unemployment and retirement benefits.
