La fundamentación de los derechos humanos en la étnia fang : el caso de Guinea Ecuatorial

Abstract

El presente artículo trata refutar dos discursos aparentemente opuestos. El de ciertos occidentales que no ven la posibilidad de llevar a África la cultura de los Derechos Humanos y la Democracia, por ser conceptos de la Filosofía occidental; y, el discurso de la élite política africana reacia a cualquier exigencia de implantar la Democracia y de respetar los Derechos Humanos en sus países. Una exigencia que suele tildar de invasión y de asunción de las “ideas importadas”, impropias y dañinas para la ¿idiosincrasia de los pueblos africanos? En cambio, creo que, asumiendo nuestros propios valores africanos, es posible la Democracia y la cultura de los Derechos Humanos en nuestros pueblos.

The present article treats to refute two seemingly opposite speeches. The speech of certain people from the industrialized countries that do not see the possibility of taking to Africa the culture of the Human rights and the Democracy, for being concepts of Philosophy from certain people of the industrialized countries; and, the speech of the political elite African opposed to any exigency of implanting the Democracy and of respecting the Human rights in his countries. An exigency that it is in the habit of labelling as invasion and as assumption of the “ ideas imported”, improper and harmful for her idiosyncrasy of the African peoples? On the other hand, I believe that, assuming our own African values, there is possible the Democracy and the culture of the Human rights in our peoples.
