Abstract
Este artículo presenta un análisis de la
Economía Solidaria (ES) en Brasil desde las
definiciones teóricas, el contexto histórico y
su institucionalización como política pública,
centrándose en la experiencia del Projeto Esperança/
Cooesperança. Se explora la aplicación
de los sistemas de Pensamiento Resiliente
como una metodología de evaluación. Se
destaca que a través de la autogestión de sus
emprendimientos, el proyecto ha desarrollado
un Sistema de Gobernanza policéntrico que
ha contribuido a mantener sus iniciativas. En
las conclusiones, se subraya la importancia de
la ES como generadora de empleo e ingresos
y del Pensamiento Resiliente como herramienta
de aprendizaje
This article presents an analysis of Solidarity Economy (SE) in Brazil, covering theoretical definitions, historical context, and its institutionalization as public policy, with a focus on the experience of Projeto Esperança/ Cooesperança. The application of Resilient Thinking systems is explored as an evaluation methodology. It is emphasized that through the self-management of their enterprises, the project has developed a polycentric Governance System that has contributed to sustaining its initiatives. In the conclusions, the importance of SE as a generator of employment and income is underscored, as well as the role of Resilient Thinking as a learning tool.
