Abstract
El proyecto de Constitución para Europa no ha prosperado. Causas
fundamentales han sido su excesivo tecnicismo, la falta de pedagogía política y la
información sesgada que han difundido sus opositores. En este trabajo se propone una
alternativa futura de Constitución que conjure estos defectos en aras de un entusiasmo
ciudadano no exento de rigor técnico. Se incluye articulado.
The European Constitution Project has not come to satisfactory fruition. Some fundamental reasons behind its failure are its excessive technicism, the inexistence of political pedagogy, and the biased media campaign propelled by its antagonists. in this essay, I do propose a future alternative European constitution aimed at recoiling the citizenry enthuasiasm without renouncing to technical rigor. It does include a proposal of draft articles.
