Abstract

Inside the sector of «Muntanya de Valencia» (Iberian Range), there are a number of Mn mineralizations. Some of these deposits have been explored for mining. In every case there are paleokarst mineralizations which have developed into Cretaceous limestone. Mn oxides are always the commonest minerals. The most Important examples are found close to Campo Arcís (Requena)
