Abstract

Este artículo aborda el problema de la ética de los derechos humanos, y analiza todas las interrogantes acerca del principio del discurso en el ámbito de la Constitución del Estado Brasileño a la luz de la dignidad humana.This article touchs the problem of the ethics of humain rights, and discuss all the questions about the principle of the discurs in the domain of the Constitution of the State Brasileiro under the lights of the humain dignity.
