Abstract
The paleontological data of the marine neogene sediments in the Lepe-Ayamonte area, Huelva (SW of the Guadalquivir basin) allow to establish a relative chronology from the presence of calcareous nannoplancton and malacofaunes. These data are congruent with the previous radiometric age
