Abstract
La Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y el Comercio Electrónico ha permitido la regulación de aspectos que inciden en la protección de Derechos Fundamentales como son la intimidad y el propio honor en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación a través de la protección de los datos personales en Internet.
