Abstract
Vivimos en los tiempos actuales la “Nueva Era
de la Automatización”, con enormes e irreversibles
avances económicos, financieros, tecnológicos y
productivos. Al mismo tiempo, aún vivimos con
un escenario de desigualdad socioeconómica,
pobreza y dificultad para tener acceso a los servicios
sociales básicos por parte de un importante
segmento de la población. En este sentido, parece
apropiado pensar la relación entre la era tecnológica
actual y la Economía Social y Solidaria (ESS).
A pesar de las potencialidades y avances de la ESS
en diversas experiencias y territorios, podemos
observar la existencia de debilidades inherentes
a su modus operandi. Estas debilidades tienen
un carácter estructural e incluyen problemas de
calificación laboral y aspectos económicos, financieros,
legales, contables, de acceso al crédito y a
las nuevas tecnologías. Esto requiere un conjunto
de acciones para crear y fortalecer el ecosistema
emprendedor solidario para calificar los actores de
la ESS dentro del nuevo contexto tecnológico
Nowadays, we are going through the “New Era of Automation”, with enormous and irreversible economic, financial, technological and productive advances. At the same time, we still live with a scenery of socioeconomic inequality, poverty and difficulty in having access to basic social services by larger portions of the population. In this sense, it seems appropriate to think the relationship between the current technological era and the role of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). Despite the potentialities and the advances of SSE in diverse experiences and territories, we can observe the existence of certain weaknesses. These weaknesses have a structural nature and include economic, financial, legal, accounting, access to credit, market and new technologies and labor qualification. This requires a set of actions. Thus, this article intend to treat the importance on create and strengthen the solidarity entrepreneur ecosystem, mentioning some advances, weakness and challenges
