Abstract
This article seeks to a critical analysis of file for joint custody from some groups of men and with which they want to achieve equally the care of their sons and daughters. Something, which normally, should be vindicated from the gender perspective because call into question the traditional point of view of separation, based on sex, roles of provision and protection of the care and reproduction. However, the majority of its advocates are opposed to this idea, because they conceive it as “ideology” which discriminate the males, contrary to theirs detractors who used to vindicate it.
