Explotación/restauración de graveras de mediana entidad: análisis de un caso en la vega del Jarama (Madrid)

Abstract

In the las few years the integral restoration of gravel extration land in alluvial soils has taken a very important role. The restoration proposal implies frequently a transformation to a wetland landscape (scenery), in which coexists restored zones above the phreatic level and residual lagoons. The borders of these lagoons must have a suitable lie and slop in order to allow the development of a wetland biotope. Obviusly this restoration model suggests a change of use of the affected soil
