Los estereotipos como factor de socialización en el género

Abstract

La autora parte de un detallado estudio sobre las distintas funciones asignadas a los estereotipos desde diferentes plataformas, para acabar adentrándose en el estudio de un estereotipo concreto: el de género, cuya denominación social es aún hoy día indiscutible. En el análisis de este estereotipo se profundiza en los motivos que pudieran haber llevado a la creación de este dualismo genérico cuya influencia sobre nuestra vida cotidiana es innegable. Se termina este trabajo depositando una confiada esperanza en el fin de la discriminación que este estereotipo genera.

The author starts from a detailed study of the different functions that are assigned to the stereotypes from different platforms, in order to finish going in depth into the study of a specific stereotype: the gender stereotype, whose social denomination is still indisputable nowadays. In the analysis of this stereotype, the author goes in depth into the reasons that could have resulted in the creation of this generic dualism whose influence on our daily life is undeniable. The author finishes this work expressing a confident hope for the end of the discrimination that this stereotype generates.
