Tendencias del Derecho civil (2002)

Abstract

Durante el año 2.002 han dado a luz, en el campo del Derecho Civil, un conjunto de leyes que suponen una importante actualización normativa ante determinadas necesidades presentadas por la dinámica realidad socio-económica de España, en un contexto de acelerada tecnificación, creciente vitalidad y fluidez de tejido social, y de progresiva armonización legislativa con los países de nuestro entorno. Para este informe de Derecho Civil hemos preferido seguir, por razón de mejor carácter sistemático, una ordenación por materias en vez de cronológica, de manera que tratamos de las principales novedades legislativas surgidas, en primer lugar en el Derecho de personas (tanto físicas como jurídicas), a continuación en el Derecho contractual, y por último en el Derecho de familia (protección de menores).

During the year 2002, in the civil rights field, a set of laws that represent an important normative update to certain needs presented by the dynamic socio-economic reality of Spain have been originated, in a context of accelerated technification, increasing vitality, fluidity of the social net, and the progressive legislative harmonization with our surrounding countries. For this report on civil law, we have preferred to follow, for a more systematic nature, an ordination by subject rather than chronological, that way we address the main legislative innovations that have arisen, first of all, in individuals right (both physic and legal), then in contractual law, and finally, in family law (minors protection).
