Abstract
El Trabajo Fin de Máster “Jóvenes del Sureste en movimiento. Plan Estratégico ECOVERDE” propone una estrategia integral para impulsar la empleabilidad juvenil y la transición hacia una economía verde en la Mancomunidad del Sureste de Gran Canaria. A partir de un diagnóstico territorial, socioeconómico y formativo, se identifican las principales debilidades y oportunidades del mercado laboral juvenil, formulando medidas alineadas con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y las políticas europeas de Garantía Juvenil y Transición Justa. El plan plantea itinerarios de formación dual, alianzas público-privadas, involucración del tejido empresarial y campañas de sensibilización para promover la inserción laboral de jóvenes en sectores verdes emergentes. Su enfoque metodológico participativo, basado en la gobernanza local y la sostenibilidad, lo convierte en un modelo replicable para territorios insulares y periféricos.

The Master’s Thesis “Youth of the Southeast in Motion: ECOVERDE strategic Plan” presents a comprehensive strategy to strengthen youth employability and foster the transition toward a green economy in the Southeast Commonwealth of Gran Canaria. Based on a territorial, socioeconomic, and educational diagnosis, it identifies the main weaknesses and opportunities of the youth labor market and proposes measures aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and European frameworks such as the Youth Guarantee and the Just Transition. The plan includes dual training pathways, public–private partnerships, and awareness campaigns to promote youth employment in emerging green sectors. Its participatory and sustainability-based approach makes it a replicable model for insular and peripheral territories.
