Modelo de propiedad intelectual para recursos educativos abiertos

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta una opción para llevar acabo el registro de propiedad intelectual de los recursos educativos abiertos (REA), por medio de un procedimiento con legalidad nacional e internacional que promueva la generación de obras y protección de las mismas, que innovan en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en el nivel de licenciatura principalmente, pero que podría llevarse a cabo en cualquier nivel educativo, esto apoyándose a través de las licencias Creative Commons. La propuesta presenta un modelo específico de protección intelectual en apoyo al trabajo realizado por alumnos e investigadores de la UAEM. El contenido de la propuesta se enfoca a un modelo para el registro de REA, el cual considera como base inicial los proyectos creados en el Centro Universitario UAEM Valle de Chalco susceptibles de registro de propiedad intelectual. Los resultados están en una fase analítica y experimental, en la cual se ha podido determinar los aspectos relevantes que cubre un REA y las ventajas de realizar un registro, que en la actualidad es un proceso que no es conocido en el CU UAEM Valle de Chalco y por lo tanto se limitan los alcances de dicho proceso

This work presents an option to carry out the registration of intellectual property of the open educational resources (REA), through a procedure with national and international legality that promotes the generation of works and protection of the same, that innovate in the process of Teaching learning at the undergraduate level mainly, but could be carried out at any educational level, this being supported through Creative Commons licenses. The proposal presents a specific model of intellectual protection in support of the work done by students and researchers of the UAEM. The content of the proposal focuses on a model for the registration of REA, which considers as initial basis the projects created in the University Center UAEM Valle de Chalco susceptible of registration of intellectual property. The results are in an analytical phase, in which it has been possible to determine the relevant aspects covered by an REA and the advantages of carrying out a registry, which is currently a process that is not known in the CU UAEM Valle de Chalco and by Thus limiting the scope of said process
