Abstract
Una de las actividades más complicadas en un campo de refugiados es la gestión de la
convivencia en su interior en función a múltiples factores como religiosos, étnicos, culturales, etc. Igualmente, más allá de sus circunstancias físicas espaciales y de su convivencia interna, es
imprescindible un estudio de las implicaciones sociales de estos asentamientos de emergencia, para
una integración social adecuada de sus habitantes en el territorio. en el proyecto de todo
campamento de refugiados y durante su implantación se debe elaborar y tener previsto un modelo
para gestionar la convivencia y la impartición de justicia, tratando de evitar las situaciones de
precariedad y vulnerabilidad asociadas a la pobreza, entre las situaciones de exilio y asilo
