Abstract
The Bartonian Ezkaba Sandstone, in the Pamplona Basin,.seems.to represent channel-fill deposits of a laterally migrating ch.annel-levee turbidite.system. Its silicidastic nature and its northern derivation indicate the contemporaneous emergence of the orogenic inner zones .in the western Pyrenees
