Abstract
Recuperated enterprises by their workers are a reality emerging from the Argentina of the beginning of twenty-first century. They represent an original form of action of labor force in on order to fight against unemployment. In these processes workers of capitalist companies in crisis take over the direction of production. What are the constituent mechanisms of the process in the different stages of its development? What is the socio-productive logic of the resulting productive units? What dynamics of social change do they possess? This essay proposes, from a panoramic perspective, a series of hypotheses regarding this set of questions. The paper is based on a set of own studies as well as from other researchers that will serve as base material to illustrate and discuss the proposed questions
