Cuba: ¿corrupción y delincuencia organizada? Una visión histórico- evolutiva

Abstract

Cuba, como cualquier país del mundo, ha tenido implícito en su amplio decursar como nación la anuencia de fenómenos como la corrupción, y aún más grave, vinculada esta a hechos que vislumbran su coexistencia con la delincuencia organizada. Todo lo cual se evidencia graficando, a través de las diversas etapas históricas por las que ha atravesado la isla, los hechos y características más significati-vos que demuestran la existencia de corrupción en su vínculo con determinados atisbos de delincuencia organizada.En un recorrido histórico que parte de la etapa colonial española, transitando por la pseudorrepública hasta la actualidad, se comprobó que en las etapas precedentes ambos fenómenos se hallaban estrecha-mente afines con la impudicia e impunidad de los gobiernos imperantes, cuya degeneración impregnó en la sociedad cubana de la época un estado de decadencia y putrefacción. En tanto, ante lo que una vez fue corrupción y delincuencia organizada con un nivel de centralización gubernamental, viene, a modo de exorcismo, el triunfo de la Revolución cubana a purgar todo lastre de esta índole. No obstante, durante esta nueva etapa, igualmente se manifiestan otras formas de corrupción y delincuencia organizada asociadas, por una parte, a la influencia del régimen imperialista norteamerica-no y a sus métodos injerencistas y hegemónicos para con la isla, con fines de derrocar al sistema socialista imperante, y por otra, a los propios errores cometidos en la construcción de esta nueva sociedad

Cuba, like any country in the world has had implicit in its broad as a nation the consent of phenomena such as corruption, and even more severely, linked to events that envision its coexistence with organized crime. All of which is evidenced by graphing through the various historical stages that the island has gone through, the most significant facts and characteristics that demonstrate the existence of corrup-tion in its link with certain glimpses of organized crime.In a historical journey that starts from the Spanish colonial stage, going through the pseudo-republic until today, it was found that in the preceding stages both phenomena were closely related with the impudity and impunity of the ruling governments whose degeneration impregnated in the Cuban society of the time a state of decay and rot.In the meantime, before what was once corruption and organized crime with a level of government centralization, comes as a way of exorcism the triumph of the Cuban revolution to purge all such ballast. However, during this new stage other forms of corruption and organized crime are manifested, associated, on the one hand, to the influence of the US imperialist regime and its interference and hegemonic methods towards the island, with the purpose of overthrowing the prevailing socialist system, and, in the other, to the mistakes made in the construction of this new society
