La adopción de esta medida cautelar en el ámbito de la violencia de género, plantea diversas cuestiones de carácter jurídico-práctico, penal y procesal. En el presente trabajo se analizarán los requisitos necesarios para que pueda ser acordada por el juez o tribunal, y su posible concurrencia, con otras comparecencias frecuentes en esta materia
