Abstract

Este texto describe en primer lugar algunos aspectos de la doctrina penal nazi y de algunas leyes representativas de la época y lanza una mirada a la doctrina penal a caballo entre los siglos XIX y XX. En segundo lugar, se analiza el tema de la llamada “continuidad” y concluye afrontando el problema de la elaboración del pasado.

This text describes, in the first place, some aspects of the Nazi criminal law theories and some statutes that are representative of the time and it takes a look at the criminal law theories falling between XIX and XX centuries. Secondly, it analyzes the topic of “continuity”. Finally, it handles with the problem of “coming to terms with the past”.
