Abstract
El derecho a la no discriminación a pesar de ser un derecho
fundamental contemplado en la Constitución Española requiere modificaciones
y actualizaciones, sobre todo cuando se trata de la discriminación
racial/étnica en el ámbito laboral de los y las migrantes. Este manuscrito
intenta exponer algunas garantías existentes en la materia, resaltando la necesidad
de dotación de más recursos económicos, materiales y humanos,
cambios de paradigmas conceptuales y culturales y la consideración de la
condición social de los grupos poblacionales migrantes en la lucha contra
la discriminación en el ámbito laboral
Even though the Right against discrimination is a fundamental right established in the Spanish Constitution, modifications and updates are required, above all when it is referred to racial and ethnic discrimination in the labour framework towards migrants. This article tries to expose some warranties existing in the subject, highlighting the need of more economic, material and human resources, cultural and conceptual paradigm shifts and the consideration of the social condition of migrants groups in the fight against discrimination in the labour field
