Abstract
En el presente artículo se analizan las medidas preventivas del delito que se deben asumir por el sector privado ante actividades especialmente riesgosas. En este caso, deben implementarse compliance programs para prevenir la trata de personas y la explotación humana.
In this paper are analyzed the preventive measures of crime that should be adopted by private sector in the presence of especially risky activities. In this case, compliance programs should be implemented to prevent the trafficking in persons and human exploitation.
