Funciones de demanda del comercio exterior : aproximación a una relación a largo plazo para la Federación de Rusia

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un resumen del comportamiento del sector exterior ruso para el período de 1960-2008 centrado sobre el intento de estimación de ecuaciones de exportaciones e importaciones. Las convulsiones políticas, económicas y de estructura territorial experimentadas por este país se han trasladado al comercio exterior afectando a la información estadística de tal forma que muchas distorsiones no son el reflejo de perturbaciones económicas sino de acontecimientos exógenos, ocasionando dificultades para disponer de series históricas homogéneas de las variables macroeconómicas. En este contexto debe inscribirse el esfuerzo realizado en este trabajo de reconstrucción de los datos del comercio y su análisis.

This article presents a summary of the behavior of the Russian foreign sector for the period of 1960-2008 centered on the intent of estimation export and import demand equations. The economic, political convulsions and of experienced territorial structure by this country they have been transferred to the foreign trade affecting to the statistical information in such a way that many distortions are not the reflection of economic disruptions but of exogenous events, causing difficulties to have homogeneous historic series of the macroeconomic variables. In this context should be recorded the effort carried out in this work of reconstruction of the data of the trade and its analysis.
