La cuarta oleada de organismos económicos internacionales

Abstract

El trabajo hace un análisis de la formación del Sistema Internacional actual y de sus organismos más representativos para crear bienes públicos globales y evitar males públicos globales. El autor llega a la conclusión de que la Organización Económica Internacional actual es insuficiente para hacer frente a los problemas económicos globales actuales. Pese a esta realidad, el autor afirma que hoy no se dan las condiciones políticas necesarias para crear una cuarta oleada de Organismos Internacionales capaces de hacer frente a estos nuevos problemas globales hoy existentes. ____________________________________________This work analyzes the formation of the present international system and its most representative Institutions established in order to create global public goods and to avoid global public bads. According the author, present international economic organization is not sufficient to meet the existing global problems. Furthermore, the author considers that the political conditions needed to create a fourth wave of international organizations that would be able to face these new global problems are not present in currently situation.
