Consuma Matemáticas

Abstract

Los autores del presente artículo exponen cómo las Matemáticas es una de las asignaturas más directamente relacionada con el consumo: al convertirnos en usuarios debemos, de forma obligatoria, poseer unos conocimientos matemáticos y lógicos mínimos. A partir de aquí, mediante un recorrido novelado, se plantean a lo largo del artículo numerosas preguntas de la vida cotidiana que, para ser resueltas, deben pasar por las Matemáticas. Además, el estudio de esta disciplina, desde el punto de vista de la cotidianeidad, ejerce una fuerte motivación sobre el alumno.

The authors of this article explain how Mathematics is one of the subjects that are more directly related to consumption: by becoming users we must, in a compulsory way, have minute mathematical and logical knowledge. From this point on, by means of a fictionalized tour, many questions of the daily life are suggested throughout the article. In order to solve the questions, they must go through Mathematics. Besides, the study of this discipline, from the point of view of the daily life, applies a strong motivation over the student.
