En este artículo se cuestionan las controversias entre la Constitución y los instrumentos inter-naciones sobre la permanencia o suspensión de los derechos políticos sobre el derecho al voto de las per-sonas que cometieron un ilícito. Y como el sistema jurídico mexicano debería tener fundamentos lógicos para aplicar dicha suspensión

This article questions the controversies between the Constitution and the international instru-ments concerning the permanency or suspension of political rights, particularly about the right to vote of persons that committed a crime, and how the Mexican law system should have a logic basis for applying that interruption
