Abstract
Este artículo explora la simulación del impacto en las cuentas públicas de
un plan de inversiones para hacer frente a la reconstrucción del COVID-19
basada en atender la emergencia climática global. Se analizan los casos de
Francia, Italia y España que han sido los países más golpeados en la UE por la
pandemia y se realizan simulaciones bajo distintos escenarios de crecimiento
donde se observa la viabilidad, en cuanto a la sostenibilidad de la deuda, de
un plan de salida de la crisis del COVID-19 en base a hacer frente al reto del
cambio climático

We analyse the cases of France, Italy and Spain- the EU countries that have suffered the most severe consequences of the global pandemic- by simulating various growth scenarios and observing the impact on debt sustainability of a implementing a plan of economic stimulus oriented towards climate change mitigation
