Abstract
En una sociedad consumista los mensajes de los medios de comunicación orientan hacia un aparente disfrute inmediato de placeres materiales. Los autores de este artículo, a partir de sus experiencias de aula utilizando la prensa, presentan una serie de datos a raíz de una investigación sobre la intolerancia, que permiten reflexionar sobre las causas que la generan y pensar en las posibilidades de intervención didáctica para evitarla.
In a consumerist society, the messages of the media point towards an apparent immediate enjoyment of materialistic pleasures. The authors of this article, from their classroom experiences using the press, present a series of data as a result of a research about the intolerance that allows thinking about the causes that produce it and thinking about the possibilities of an educational intervention to avoid it.
