Abstract
XII y XV-XVI. Lo cual le permite vindicar
la biografía como vía legítima de
escribir la historia, en tanto que “forma
acabada de englobar lo universal en lo
particular, la sociedad en el individuo”.
The author tested in this article, as a medievalist, a theory of biography from the review of two of the most excellent products of the genre in recent times, the Saint Louis written by Le Goff and the reconstruction of the Leo The African´s life in the Trickster Travels of N.Z. Davis. The findings allow historiographically you to bring your own approach to biography in a series of works devoted to the central figures Hispanic transition through XIth to XVIth centuries. Endorsing you to vindicate biography as a legitimate way of writing history, while “encompass finished form of the universal in the particular, the individual in society”.
