Las políticas educativas TIC (Escuela 2.0) en las Comunidades Autónomas de España desde la visión del profesorado

Abstract
En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una encuesta realizada a más de 5.000 profesores de distintas Comunidades Autónomas de España donde se exploraron sus opiniones y visiones con relación a la política TIC particular desarrollada en su Comunidad Autónoma. En la mayor parte de los casos, dicho profesorado era participante en el Programa Escuela 2.0 que representa el proyecto del modelo 1 a 1 en el contexto español. Los resultados se han organizado en torno a las siguientes dimensiones: a) información que posee el profesorado sobre distintos aspectos de dicha política, b) expectativas del su potencial impacto de dicha política y de las TIC en la enseñanza, y c) valoración del grado de implantación actual de la misma. Se concluye que el elemento mejor valorado es el grado de dotación de recursos tecnológicos que implica el Programa Escuela 2.0 existiendo asimismo diferencias entre las comunidades autónomas en distintas dimensiones
This article presents the results of a survey conducted over 5,000 teachers from different regions of Spain where they explored their opinions and visions regarding ICT policy developed particularly in its region. In most cases, the teachers were participating in the School 2.0 Program that represents the project model 1:1 in the Spanish context. The results have been organized around the following dimensions: a) information held by the teachers on various aspects of the policy, b) expectations of the potential impact of such a policy and ICT in education, and c) assessing the degree of current implementation thereof. We conclude that the most valued element is the degree of technological resourcing Schools Program 2.0 implies also exist differences between the regions
