Abstract
The recent construction of a dam on the Smir river, and ayachting harbour have induced some changes in the wetland existing in the small aquifer Smir. The size of the wetland has decreased sensibly and the chemistry of its waters has varied due to sea water encrochement through the marina. Some of the processes generated by human activities are identified by hidrogeochemicai methods
