Abstract
The modernity seems to be an enormous cumulus of fights and philosophies coming from Europe and, in certain époque, from the United States. The elemental form of that process seems to be the French Revolution as the primary motor of the European subcontinent, perceived generally as the cradle of modernity. This ideological perception lacks any real foundation, as the matter is to give substance to our conception of universal modernity on the ground of the material historicity: The only European which may be compared with Benito Juárez is Maximilien Robespierre.
