Abstract

La investigación debe de ser concebida para, en último término, mejorar la realidad. El cumplimiento de este ambicioso objetivo exige conocer esta realidad, no sólo en su estado presente, sino en su evolución pretérita. Este trabajo describe y justifica la evolución histórica de un importante sector de la economía onubense: el cuero y calzado de Valverde del Camino._______________________________Investigation should have, at last purpose, the improvement of reality. The fulfilment of this objective obliges to know that just-mentioned reality, not only at its present moment, but also in its evolution. This essay describes and justifies the historical evolution of -an important sector of the economy of Huelva: the leather and footwear coming from Valverde del Camino.
