Análisis crítico de las actitudes bloqueadoras de la comunicación humana

Abstract

En el artículo se exponen aquellas actitudes humanas que dificultan la relación comunicativa entre las personas. Sabemos de antemano que la comunicación humana nunca resulta fácil. Una serie de sesgos naturales o adquiridos se sitúan como murallas ante el otro, que se relaciona con nosotros. Tales murallas vivenciadas como actitudes bloqueadoras pueden ser: la evaluación, el control, la estrategia, la neutralidad, la superioridad y el dogmatismo, además de otras.

In this article, those human attitudes that complicate the communicative relation between people are shown. We know beforehand that the human communication is never easy. A series of natural or acquired biases are located as walls before the other, which is related to us. Those walls experienced as block attitudes can be: the evaluation, the control, the strategy, the neutrality, the superiority and the dogmatism, in addition to others.
