Abstract

Se lleva a cabo un recorrido analítico del pensamiento filosófico de Amedeo Conte, filósofo del derecho recientemente fallecido. Conte es el dis-cípulo de Bobbio que de un modo más certero profundizó en el estudio del impacto de la filosofía analítica en el universo normativo. Lo hizo a partir de los principales conceptos avanzados por Ludwig Wittgenstein, desarrollados a su vez por el discípulo, albacea y sucesor de éste, Georg H. von Wright, autor del principal sistema estándar de lógica deónticaThis paper analyze the philosophical thinking of Amedeo Conte, legal philosopher recently death.
