Abstract
Bollullos del Condado se configura como
un área de cultivo y centro de producción
vinícola en la Tierra Llana de Huelva
durante la primera mitad del XVIII. En el
artículo se analiza tanto sus bodegas como
la tecnología empleada en las mismas,
así como la presencia de intermediarios
mercantiles procedentes de Moguer
que abarca y domina todo el proceso de
exportación y comercialización del vino
