Abstract

ETA asesinó al Teniente de Alcalde de San Sebastián, Gregorio Ordóñez, el 23 de enero de 1995. Estas páginas analizan las dos facetas de este asesinato: la exterior (el volumen y la gravedad del terrorismo) y la interior (sus semillas metahumanas, metarracionales, los nuevos derechos victimales, la abrogación del castigo punitivo, la obligación de reparar y dignificar a las víctimas…).
