Retos para consolidar a los servicios periciales en el sistema penal acusatorio

Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente artículo fue analizar los principales retos para consolidar a los servicios periciales en el sistema penal acusatorio, para ello se realizó un diagnóstico de la implemen-tación 2008-2018, a través de los datos de la Setec (Secretaría Técnica del Consejo de Coordinación para la Implementación del Sistema de Justicia Penal), del INACIPE (Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Penales) y del IFPPGJCM (Instituto de Formación Profesional de la Procuraduría General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México). Se analizó la información y se identificó que los principales retos para la consolidación peri-cial son culturales, científicos y jurídicos

The main goal of this article was to analyze the primary challenges to consolidate the forensic services in the accusatory penal system, thus a diagnosis about the 2008-2018 implementation was made through data coming from Setec (Technical Secretary of the Coordination Council for the Implementation of the Crime Justice System) of the INACIPE (National Crime Sciences Institute) and of the IFPPGJCM (Professional Formation Institute of the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City).
