Las alumnas ante los ordenadores : estrategias y formas de trabajo en el aula

Abstract

El artículo se centra en los resultados de una investigación realizada en el marco de la formación inicial del profesorado y la asignatura de Nuevas Tecnologías aplicadas a la Educación desde una perspectiva de género. Partiendo de la constatación de los conocimientos y expectativas iniciales del alumnado y del menor acceso inicial de las chicas al mundo de la tecnología, nos interesa ver qué tipo de estrategias siguen estas últimas –mayoritarias en la formación inicial del profesorado– en su aprendizaje del trabajo con ordenadores.

The article focuses on the results of a research carried out in the setting of the initial training of teachers and the subject of New Technologies applied to the Education from a perspective of gender. On the basis of the verification of the initial knowledge and expectations of students and of the smaller initial access of girls to the technology world, it is interesting for us to see what kind of strategies follow the latter –majority in the initial training of teachers- in their learning process of work with computers.
