Abstract

La consistencia y el protagonismo que presentan las redes familiares está frecuentemente ligado a las limitaciones que presentan los Estados de Bienestar. Referido a la sociedad española, los cambios sociales han sido importantes y rápidos, a pesar de lo cual, la familia sigue siendo -y de manera constante- la institución más valorada por los españoles. Sin embargo, quedan muchos ámbitos del cambio que están afectando a la solidaridad familiar y que presentan nuevos retos e incertidumbres.____________________________The consistency and involvement with the family networks is often linked to the limitations presented by the Welfare State. In the Spanish society the social changes have been significant and rapid, but the family remains being, and constantly, the most valued institution by the Spaniards. However, there are still many areas of change affecting the family solidarity and presenting new challenges and uncertainties.
