Abstract

The Messinian evaporite formations of Lorca and Fortuna basins may be linked along the exposures developed in the Guadelentín depression. Accordingly, the La Serrata Gypsum unit of the Lorca basin correlates with the "lower evaporite init" of the Fortuna basin
