Abstract
The present work is the documentation, utilization and application of a method for the kinematic study of problems related to slope stability along the La Palma-Rayones road. The orientation of the road is more or less perpendicular to the Sierra Madre Oriental folded structures. Surficial Investigations were carried out with the application of th e Markland plane method for the kinematics of rock slope
