Los judíos en Olisipo (Lisboa). Reflexiones a partir de un posible sello de panadero

Abstract

Se presenta un sello circular cerámico con iconografía hebraica localizado en Lisboa en un contexto de época tardorromana. En él aparece una menorah esquematizada. En el presente trabajo, además de realizar un análisis iconográfico, tipológico y funcional del mismo se indaga sobre otros paralelos en clave diacrónica. También el sello ha servido de excusa para reflexionar sobre la presencia de la comunidad judaica en la Hispania romana.We present a ceramic circular stamp with Hebraic iconography located in Lisbon in a context of late Roman times. In it a schematized menorah appears. In the present work, in addition to carrying out an iconographic, typological and functional analysis of it, other parallels are investigated in a diachronic key. The stamp has also served as an excuse to reflect on the presence of the Jewish community in Roman Hispania.
