El balance hídrico de la cuenca de Fuente de Piedra (Málaga) en un año húmedo (1997-98)

Abstract

The endorheic basin of Fuente de Piedra shows in its lower part a lake of the same name, which constitutes the more extended wetland in Andalusia. Previous works for the Hydric Protection Plan edition of Fuente de Piedra lake have allowed a quantification of the different components of the hydrologic cycle and, thus, a precisely water balance of this basin during a wet year (1997-98).

Each component of the water balance has been analyzed separately for the hydrogeologic unit and for the lake, and all of them have been integer in a global balance referred to the whole basin, as a unique hydric system
